DoD Skillbridge Internships

The Requity Group is committed to the successful transition of our men and women in uniform, and have become an authorized provider of Department of Defense Skillbridge internship program.

This program allows transitioning service members to work in and among our business with hands-on learning opportunities to support a successful transition from military to a civilian career.

DoD Skillbridge Internships are available only for DoD Skillbridge eligible candidates serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Our hiring team will evaluate your application and conduct interviews to select candidates for the internships, based on open roles, desired locations, or business needs. Full-time opportunities are not guaranteed. You can view our available position here.

Candidates who are accepted will be invited up to 6 month long internship, in the business unit applicable to the candidate’s interests and location.

The typical window for evaluation of Skillbridge internships is 3-4 months prior to Skillbridge availability.

Management & Admin

Property Management

Oversee, operate and manage the day-to-day tasks of a Property Manager. Responsibilities include setting and collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, filling vacant units and potentially setting the budget for the property. Property managers often take care of property that real estate investors either do not live near or do not wish to personally manage.

Research and Purchasing

Acquisitions Intern

Responsible for overseeing a company's purchasing activities. You are to find and research prospective purchasing deals and implement them. You are in the position to negotiate the terms and contract of the purchase, More importantly, finalizing the purchases.High sense of urgency and attention to detail are necessary here.
